TikTok sues Donald Trump to counter US ban

In the latest development in US administration versus the TikTok case, the ByteDance-owned video-sharing app has filed a complaint in Washington federal court against US President Donald Trump to block the ban over it. The complaint was filed after the US Commerce Department on Friday imposed a ban. United States citizens will be blocked from downloading Chinese-owned messaging app WeChat and TikTok starting September 20.
