Trump declined India's invite for 2019 Republic day celebrations

According to the report, US President Donald Trump has declined India's invite to be the Chief Guest in the upcoming Republic Day celebrations. The American Embassy in Delhi has declined to make any comment on this and said only White House can say anything about it. Trump turning down the invite could be a low point for India-US bond as the invites are usually sent once the leaders actually confirm their attendance.
