Trump to inflict additional 10% tariff on $300 billion of Chinese imports to the US

The US President Trump has declared to impose an additional 10% tariff on the remaining $300 billion of Chinese imports from September 1 as the trade war between Washington and Beijing rages on. He tweeted the new tariff, called it 'small & expressing hope that future between our 2 countries will be a bright one.' The new tariff is on top of the $250 billion in Chinese goods already taxed at 25%.
