Microblogging platform Twitter has unlocked the account of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi a week after locking it over the tweet containing pictures of the family of a nine-year-old victim of alleged rape and murder in Northwest Delhi. "Rahul Gandhi's Twitter account has been unlocked," a party functionary said. The microblogging platform has also restored the accounts of several other Congress leaders.
