UK General Election results: Conservatives win overall majority, secure 363 seats

The conservatives have won the General Elections 2019 as the forecast suggests a win of 363 seats. Labour have lost six seats in Wales to the Conservatives - including Wrexham, which had been a safe Labour seat since 1935. Jeremy Corbyn said he will not lead the labour party in any future general election campaign. Veteran Labour MP Dennis Skinner who held Bolsover since 1970, lost the seat to the Conservatives.
