Union Minister Ajay Misra's son Ashish Misra has been arrested by the Crime Branch in connection with the Lakhimpur Kheri Violence. "Ashish Misra, son of MoS (Home) Ajay Misra Teni, has been arrested as he was not cooperating during the interrogation and didn't answer a few questions. He will be produced before the court," said Upendra Agarwal, DIG Saharanpur. Ashish Mishra's mobile phone has also been seized.
