A day after US President Donald Trump reiterated his claim of widespread voting fraud during his debate with Joe Biden, social media giant Facebook Inc has banned ads on Facebook and Instagram that claim widespread voting fraud or suggest that the upcoming elections will be rigged. The new rules were announced by Facebook in a blog post. The social media firm has been at the receiving end for refusing to fact-check political ads.
