A report published in a leading United States magazine has labelled the Chinese President Xi Jinping as the “architect” of recent aggressive moves against India. The report says Jinping's People’s Liberation Army has unexpectedly flopped. “The recent developments give Jinping an excuse to pick up the pace of replacing adversaries in the armed forces with loyal elements," the report adds while warning on consequences for China.
