‘You had all the powers’: Centre in stern response to Delhi CM Kejriwal over migrants exodus

Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal has written a strongly-worded letter to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on the exodus of tens of thousands of migrant workers from Delhi, that led to a partial failure of the lockdown imposed by the centre. The letter was sent after Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah expressed grave concern over exposing the migrants to health hazard during lockdown.
