IPL’s brand value jumps by 7% to reach $6.8 bn in 2019
The brand value of IPL increased by 7% to reach $6.8 billion in 2019, which was $6.3 billion in 2018. Thanks to the advertisers, broadcasters, sponsors, affiliates, partners, and viewers, as reported by Duff & Phelps, a New York-based corporate finance advisory firm, in Mumbai on Thursday. According to the findings of 6th edition of the annual IPL study, the value has gone up from Rs.41,800 cr to Rs. 47,500 cr.
