Next week’s AFC Cup final between North Korea’s 4.25 SC and Lebanon’s Al Ahed has been shifted to a neutral venue in Shanghai from Pyongyang because of the sanctions affecting North Korea, the Asian Football Confederation has confirmed. The continental governing body had to take the decision considering the televising and promotion of the game so that it can be telecast throughout Asia and the Middle East.
