Ashton Agar took a brilliant hat-trick in his fifer as Australia thrashed South Africa by 107 runs in the first T20I at the Wanderers. Steve Smith, back in South Africa for the first time since the 2018 ball-tampering scandal, smashed a top score of 45 for Australia, who put up 196 for six after being sent to bat. Aaron Finch also hit a quick-fire 42. It was also South Africa’s biggest defeat in the shortest format.
