BCCI agrees for more ICC events in the next cycle to have longer IPL window

BCCI earlier stated that they plan to have only one ICC event per year, a decision that shocked many. The Indian board was not in favour of having many ICC events in the year but their clear stance has been revealed now. In the latest turn of events, it has been reported that BCCI’s decision was simply a ‘trade-off’ to increase the window for the IPL. The BCCI wishes to broaden the IPL window from next year.
