BCCI asks Wriddhiman to skip Ranji to stay fit for NZ tour

Wicketkeeper-batsman Wriddhiman Saha, who is recovering from a finger surgery sustained at the Bangladesh D/N Test, has been advised to skip Bengal’s Ranji match against Delhi to keep himself fit for upcoming Test series in New Zealand. The 35-year-old had undergone a surgery in Mumbai in November. Since then Saha had his rehab at National Cricket Academy. The two-Test series in New Zealand starts on February 21.
