India pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar lost his father to cancer on Thursday. It has been learned that Kumar’s father, Kiran Pal Singh breathed his last in Meerut after having fought a long battle against cancer and liver ailments. Singh was undergoing treatment in a Noida hospital but had joined the family in the last few days. He had served for the Uttar Pradesh Police during his heydays and later opted for voluntary retirement.
