Novak Djokovic cruised to a 6-2, 6-1 win over Matteo Berrettini in the ATP Finals opener converting five of seven break points as he eyes a 6th year-end No.1 ranking. The Serbian, a 5-time ATP Finals champion, was last week pulled down from the top spot in the rankings by Rafael Nadal. Djokovic, who has won the Australian Open and Wimbledon this season, will have to reach the final in order to dislodge Nadal.
