East Bengal head coach Alejandro Menendez has resigned citing “personal reasons” less than 48 hours after his boys lost the I-League derby to Mohun Bagan. The Spaniard was heavily criticized after East Bengal’s 3rd defeat in a row but the derby loss turned out to be the final nail in his coffin.
