Jermaine Blackwood came in as a concussion substitute for Darren Bravo after the latter was retired hurt during West Indies’ 2nd innings of the 2nd Test match against India. Bravo took the hit from a short delivery by Jasprit Bumrah in the final over on Sunday. He returned on day 4, but only managed three overs. So, West Indies fielded 12 batsmen in their second innings, and it was a first in international cricket.
