The International Cricket Council responded to New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham's tweet in a funny manner, who had earlier shared a picture of him and India's K L Rahul on Twitter, suggesting that to decide the clear winner of a tied match, teams can play "rock, paper, scissors" instead of deciding the winner through Super Overs. To which ICC tweeted: Perhaps we do this instead of super overs?
