Chennai City FC regained the top spot with two second-half goals to beat Indian Arrows in I-League on Friday. Chennai drew first blood in the 71st-minute courtesy Spanish midfielder Sandro's free-kick and concluded their match with another goal from substitute Vijay N during the stoppage time. With this win, they (33 points) have now surpassed Real Kashmir (32) to claim the top position on the points table.
