Indian boxers win 4 silver medals at Nation’s Cup in Serbia

Four Indian pugilists including World Cup gold medalist M Meena Kumari (54kg) settled for silver medals at the 9th Nation’s Cup women’s boxing tournament in Serbia. None of them could win the final bouts with Monika (48kg), Ritu Grewal (51kg) and Bhagyabati Kachari (75kg) being the other silver medalists beside Meena. Pavitra (60kg) and Pwilao Basumatary (64kg) lost in the semifinals to settle for bronze medals.
