Indian men’s national team gets Igor Stimac as new coach

On a two-year contract, the All India Football Federation has appointed Croatia legend Igor Stimac as the new coach of the men’s football team. He has been appointed to succeed Stephen Constantine who was at the wheel for nearly 5 years. Stimac was the national coach of the Croatia team who helped it to qualify for the FIFA World Cup in 2014. He is having 18 years of experience as a coach, scout & manager.
