India failed to get a bronze in women's hockey at Tokyo Olympics as they lost 3-4 to Great Britain. The scoreline was 3-3 till the 3rd quarter and India failed to convert a penalty shootout at the end of the 3rd quarter. Great Britain entered the attacking mode in the 4th quarter and they managed to score a goal to take the lead. Indian women once again won a penalty corner but couldn't score the equaliser, facing a heartbreaking defeat.
