India's Kamalpreet Kaur storms into Discus Throw final

Indian athlete Kamalpreet Kaur has reached the finals of Discus throw at Tokyo Olympics 2020. Kamalpreet achieved the qualifying mark of 64 metres to finish second in the qualification round. The 25-year-old athlete got off the mark with a throw of 60.29. She cracked the 64 metre-mark in her third attempt and stood only next to Valarie Allman of US. The final of the sport will be held on August 2.
