IPL 2021 was moved to the UAE because of monsoon in India: Jay Shah

Jay Shah, the secretary of BCCI has put forth the reasons behind conducting the second leg of the 2021 IPL in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Earlier, on Saturday, the BCCI made the announcement and Shah was of the opinion that it was due to monsoon in the month of September in India. Shah was clear-cut in saying that that it “doesn’t make any sense” to host the IPL in India because of the weather conditions.
