After an embarrassing defeat at the hands of Australia in the finals of the World Test Championship, Rohit Sharma’s position as the leader in the longest format of the game has come under some threat. After Rohit was retained as the Test skipper for the two-match series against the West Indies, Sunil Gavaskar expressed his disappointment saying that the BCCI selectors should have had a word with Rohit regarding his future in the longest format.
