As coronavirus cases continue to surge in Japan, the country is all set to impose a state of emergency for Tokyo to organise the Olympics while curbing the outbreak of the pandemic. The International Olympic Committee president Thomas Bach will chair the five-way talks to prepare a strategy for holding the event.
