Why Pakistan players not named in Asia XI squad to face World XI?

The BCB has declared the 15-man Asia squad for the two-T20I series against World XI which is scheduled next month in Dhaka. 6 Indians, 4 Bangladeshis, 2 Sri Lankans, 2 Afghanistanis and 1 Nepali were picked in the side. No player was picked from Pakistan. The PCB has clarified that it is not bilateral relation with India but the ongoing PSL has prevented its players from playing the Bangladesh T20Is.
