Star footballer Lionel Messi created yet another record while playing in the Barcelona shirt as he went beyond former player Xavi in terms of most appearances in FC Barcelona shirt. Messi has now appeared for Barca a record 768 times. He beat Xavi's record when he entered the field to play against Real Sociedad in La Liga on Monday. Xavi had entered the field donning a Barca shirt a record 767 times.
