Manchester City lifts the Premier League Title after defeating Brighton 4-1. Goals from Sergio, Laporte, Riyad, and Gundogan powered City to a 4th title in eight seasons. City, who finish a single point ahead of Liverpool, became the first team to retain it since Manchester United in 2009. City also became the first team to end a season with 14 consecutive victories, breaking Arsenal’s record from 2002.
