Martin Guptill surpasses Rohit Sharma to become highest run-scorer in T20Is

New Zealand senior batter Martin Guptill on July 27 surpassed Team India skipper Rohit Sharma to become the highest run-scorer in the T20I format. Guptill achieved this feat during the first T20I match against Scotland. The Kiwi batter has now amassed 3,399 runs in the T20I format after playing 116 matches while Rohit has scored 3,379 runs after taking 12 more matches as compared to Guptill.
