Mohun Bagan fined Rs 3 lakh, asked to clear dues to ex-players

AIFF has fined Mohun Bagan Rs 3 lakh due to non-payment of salary to 4 former footballers. The Mariners, frontrunners in this season’s I-League, have been ordered to clear the dues and pay the fine within 15 days. Former players Raju Gaikwad and Darren Caldeira will have to be paid Rs 11 lakh and Rs 8,70,601 respectively. Abhishek Ambekar and Ricardo Cardoze have dues of Rs 5,60,000 and Rs 7,60,000 respectively.
