Neeraj Chopra came up with a valiant effort and finished second in the men's javelin throw event with an 85.71 metres throw at the Zurich Diamond League 2023. The reigning Olympic and world champion had an uncharacteristically slow start with two fouls in his first three attempts. But he champion made a massive comeback with his fourth throw, which went for a distance of a massive 85.22m.
