Nikhat and Mary Kom expressed emotions that were polar opposites of each other in the aftermath of the much-awaited women's trials for the Olympic qualifiers at New Delhi. Mary was in news lately for not shaking hands with Nikhat after her victory. However, Kom hugged her after the match as earlier she thought that Zareen had shown her no respect. Nikhat was believing that the game and the selection wasn't fair and was biased.
