India's Praveen Kumar clinched the Silver medal in the high jump event at Tokyo Paralympics on Friday. Praveen managed a jump of 2.07 metres, taking India's medal tally at the Paralympics to 11. The World no. 3 had qualified for the Paralympics with a fourth-place finish in the men’s high jump T64 final at Junior Championships. He cleared 1.92 metres at Junior Championships, which was his personal best.
