Report finds, Cricket Australia partly to blame in Ball-tampering

According to a report the arrogance and controlling nature of cricket Australia to be partly blamed in the ball-tampering scandal that led to a 12-months ban on Steve Smith and David Warner and coach Darren Lehman also resigned soon after. The review also said that Australian cricket was suffering for 'winning without counting the costs' attitude. The governing body has agreed to accept the report's recommendation.
