Former Pakistan cricketer Saqlain Mushtaq shared some of his stories from the 1999 WorldCup. In a recent interview, the former spinner said he hid his wife in the cupboard of his hotel room during the 1999 World Cup in England. When asked about the reason, Mushtaq said the board had said that players' families will be sent back home but he being married in December 1998, decided not to follow the order.
