Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty have created history by becoming the first Indian badminton players to win a gold medal in the Asian Games. The duo beat South Korea's Choi Sol Gyu and Kim Won Ho 21-18, 21-16 to take home the gold medal at the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou on October 7. With this, India's medal tally has increased to 101. It is also India's 26th gold medal in this Asiad.
