SC order allows all state units to take part in BCCI elections

A number of BCCI state units have welcomed the Supreme Court's new verdict on Friday that allows them to hold elections in their respective associations from now on but the results will be subject to the court’s decision. The latest Supreme Court directive has restricted the disqualification from contesting elections to office-bearers only. It subsequently leaves the other positions as they were earlier.
