When the news of the passing away of the former Kerala cricketer Jayamohan Thampi had first arrived, it had seemed suspicious. On Monday morning, Jayamohan was found dead in the hall of his house. His son Aswin, on the arrival of the police, had informed that he had not noticed his father’s death. This on the onset was surprising.
