Indian skipper regrets missed opportunities as his team could only manage a draw against the low-ranked Bangladesh Team in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers match at the Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata on Tuesday. Chhetri's team was unable to score a winning goal against the neighbour. Chhetri apologised to his fans on Twitter and wrote, "We couldn’t capitalise on the chances we got, but this is a process on the pitch and in the stands."
