Los Angeles County's sheriff has revealed that Tiger Woods was driving at "unsafe" speed when his car crashed in California in February. "The primary causal factor for this traffic collision was driving at a speed unsafe for the road conditions and the inability to negotiate the curve of the roadway," said Alex Villanueva. Woods was driving at an estimated speed of 84 to 87 miles per hour, nearly double the 45 mph limit.
