A survey revealed that among 122 nations, India is at 120th position in terms of water quality as 70% of water here is contaminated. In India water is a major concern. Already there is a shortage of water and cities like Bengaluru and Hyderabad are wasting it. To sort water-related issues Hyderabad-based Gokul Krishna feels the need to help municipalities manage their water supply network and founds 'Smartterra'.
