Affle to acquire 8% stake in Indus OS for $2.86 Mn

Global technology company Affle signed an agreement to acquire 8% ownership in Indus OS, which owns India’s largest independent indigenous apps store. The deal is reported to be worth $2.86 Mn. Indus OS has in the past, received key investment from Samsung Venture Investment Corporation. Indus App Bazaar has more than 400,000 apps, in English and 12 Indian languages. Indus App Bazaar is pre-installed on all Samsung devices
