Aussie edtech giant Moodle acquires Indian startup eAbyas

Australia-based learning management platform Moodle has acquired Hyderabad-based edtech startup eAbyas for an undisclosed amount. In a statement, Moodle said that it plans to complete the task of integrating teams and processes with the eAbyas platform over the next six months. With this move, Moodle has also put into motion the plans for the official launch of its Indian operation in 2023.
