Delhi-NCR home to 7000 start-ups; leaves Banglore and Mumbai behind in Unicorn count: Report

According to the report 'Turbocharging Delhi-NCR Startup Ecosystem' released by TiE, Delhi NCR tops as the largest ecosystem in the country with 7000 startups between 2009-2019 and 10 unicorns were seen in this region alone. The cumulative private market valuation of the startups in Delhi NCR stood at $50 billion higher than Bangalore, which is between $32-37 billion and Mumbai, which is around $12 billion.
