Hexaware Technologies founder launched Edutech startup Azent Overseas

The founder of Hexaware technologies, Atul Nishar, has launched an education-technology startup Azent Overseas Education in partnership with his daughter Priyanka Nishar. The motto of this startup is to provide online and offline counseling for overseas education. Azent is structured as a public limited company, and they are planning to invest Rs 250cr in cutting edge techs, infrastructure, offerings and acquisitions.
