Nazara Pte. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mumbai-based Nazara Technologies to invest $2.5 Mn in US-based game-focused fund BITKRAFT Ventures. According to Nazara, of this, $875K will be invested in the beginning while the remaining investment will be made in tranches over the next three years.
