Only 22% of women work in Indian start-ups: Report

Trifecta Capital surveyed 45 companies representing 49,161 employees and mentioned in its report titled, "Human Capital In The New Economy – Benchmarks And Best Practices 2019" that only 22% of the women work in Indian start-ups. Talking about the report a partner of Trifecta Capital, Akash Goel said that maximum Indian startups are vertical e-commerce firms and consumer services firms, which have less work for women.
