Retail tech startup DotPe acquires Rista, marks foray into PoS Space

Gurugram-based online-to-offline commerce platform DotPe has acquired point-of-sale (PoS) startup Rista in an all-cash deal. The development marks the entry of DotPe into the PoS segment and strengthens its bouquet of offerings to the offline merchants. Post the acquisition, Rista will continue to work as a standalone business and will be headed by Vasan.
